TREATMENTS

Massage de Cote D’ivoire: A unique form of hands-on body work that combines the best features of traditional Swedish Massage. A strong deeply relaxing yet awakening treatment. Massage de Cote D'ivoire can be painful if you're not use to deep tissue massage as I work to release quite rigid muscles but I always check throughout the session if the level of pressure is fine with you. The treatment promotes well being muscular tension relief and much more to relax the body to its deepest level.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage: The lymphatic system is a secondary circulation which helps support the blood by collecting and filtering excess tissue fluid from cells. Like all systems in the body, it has an effect on the others. Therefore, treating it with massage will not only help the lymphatic system to function properly but also improve the functions of other body systems.  Lymphatic drainage massage boosts the immune system so, as well as helping the body ward off illness, treatment can facilitate general feelings of health and vitality.

Indian Head Massage: Classical Swedish massage techniques for treating the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper arms.  It is performed on the client whilst clothed, which makes it very effective for short treatments and for treating clients who are uncomfortable about undressing.

Deep tissue: Is good for long- standing deep muscular problems. It works in the more penetrating way than Swedish massage to tune the body and mind.

Holistic or Swedish Massage:  Relaxes muscular tension, eases stress and promotes relaxation and wellbeing.

Spiritual Healing:The King Technique of spiritual healing is a method named after

Dr. George King, who devised it. It is a way of giving healing through the hands, in

which energy is transferred from healer to patient, to bring about balance and,

      therefore, healing

Thai Massage: A powerful form of energy rebalancing and physical massage.
